We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including perishable goods, intimate products, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use not caused by our error. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange within one year under our product warranty. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods.
